ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEMS
STRUCTURAL FIELD CARDS
20 Reference Cards · NSFC-131–150
This collection follows the accountability field from first recognition through placement, ownership, distribution, distortion, retrospective revision, corrective integration, closure, and durable operation. The sequence is deliberate architecture—not a claim that every real-world event unfolds in numerical order.
Collection Sequence
131–135 establish the accountability field and core ownership functions. 136–142 examine distribution, proportionality, dilution, substitution, and externalization. 143–146 track how ownership can shift across outcomes, time, audiences, and hindsight. 147–150 test whether accountability integrates, closes, merely performs, or becomes durable.
Series Observation
Accountability is not a single admission. It is a structure: an event must be recognized, responsibility placed, contributions and impacts owned, corrective action assigned, and those positions preserved with enough proportionality and durability to survive later retelling. Blame may emerge inside that field, but blame and accountability are not interchangeable.
Related Lab Systems
Accountability Systems provide the responsibility field in which Blame Systems can later assign, redirect, circulate, or preserve fault. They also intersect with Narrative Systems and the Settlement Failure Cycle.
