Blame Systems are secondary to the accountability field. They become relevant once an event, impact, obligation, or corrective question makes responsibility meaningful. These ten cards examine what happens when fault is attributed, positioned, redirected, reversed, expanded, concentrated, circulated, preserved, or separated from ownership.

Series Observation
Accountability establishes the responsibility field; blame describes what happens to fault inside that field. Blame can identify a relevant source, but it can also move, widen, concentrate, reverse, or circulate without producing causal ownership, impact ownership, correction, or settlement. The presence of blame therefore does not establish the presence of accountability.
