Questionable Event
?
Are early descriptions, disclosures, praise, concerns, or character cues beginning to shape how other people are likely to interpret a person, relationship, or later event?
The pattern is not one introduction, ordinary compliment, private complaint, or good-faith disclosure. The pattern is repeated early placement that prepares a receiving audience to interpret later information through an already established reputation frame.

Structural Observation
Within the Narcy Studies Lab framework,
Reputation Seeding describes an early reputation-preparation mechanism that begins shaping how an audience is likely to interpret a person, relationship, or event before later information requires evaluation.
Ordinary introductions, praise, concern, history-sharing, and support-seeking can all occur without forming a reputation system.
The structure begins when early cues are repeatedly positioned in ways that create a durable interpretive frame for later events.
Reputation Seeding can be favorable, unfavorable, or mixed. Smear seeding is one negative-valence expression of the broader mechanism.
When a third party is used to carry or reinforce a seeded reputation frame between relational positions, the same event may also function as Triangulation.
Perception can be prepared before the event that later appears to explain it.
Field Guidance
Healthy social orientation can include sharing history, expressing admiration, naming concerns, and helping others understand a relationship.
Reputation Seeding is different.
Once the pattern becomes visible, repeated early positioning is no longer viewed only as isolated description. Observe whether later audiences are being asked to evaluate new events through a reputation frame that was already established.
Separate compartments may receive different reputation seeds at the same time without secrecy or breach. One audience may receive favorable positioning while another receives negative or cautionary framing.
