Structural Observation

Within the Narcy Studies Lab framework, Visibility Management describes a structure in which access to information, relationships, responsibilities, or interactions changes across observers or environments. One private conversation, confidential matter, or appropriate boundary may be ordinary. The structure begins when visibility is repeatedly expanded, reduced, delayed, or divided by audience in ways that preserve information asymmetry, controlled exposure, or separation within the system. Who can see what becomes part of how the system operates.

Field Guidance

Privacy, discretion, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries are ordinary parts of healthy relationships and organizations. Visibility Management is different. Once the pattern becomes visible, uneven awareness, delayed disclosure, and selective exposure are no longer viewed as isolated events. They become part of the Supply structure.
