Questionable Event

?

Has attention, priorities, obligations, decisions, or interaction become consistently organized around a particular person, objective, event, or relationship?

The pattern is not being important. The pattern is the system repeatedly reorganizing around one position.

Structural Observation

Within the Narcy Studies Lab framework, Centrality describes the structural position around which attention, priorities, obligations, decisions, and interactions repeatedly organize. One period of heightened importance, leadership, crisis, or responsibility may be ordinary. The structure begins when the surrounding system repeatedly reorients toward the same person, relationship, event, or objective, even as circumstances change. Centrality is visible in what everything else is expected to move around.

Field Guidance

Families, teams, friendships, and organizations naturally develop temporary centers of responsibility and attention. Centrality is different. Once the pattern becomes visible, repeated priority shifts, decision weight, reference-point status, and attention reorganization are no longer viewed as isolated changes. They become part of the Supply structure.
